Tunisair is the national airline of Tunisia based in Tunis and based at Tunis Airport . Tunisair is a member of the Arab Air Carriers Organization. The Tunisian state founded the airline together with Air France as the country was still under French rule. To date, France's largest airline holds six percent of the company, Tunisia 74 percent, the remaining shares are privately held. The airline's current flight plan includes more than 60 destinations in 28 countries.
👜 Baggage regulations at Tunisair
Passengers can take a piece of hand luggage measuring 55 x 40 x 20 cm and a maximum weight of 5 kg into the aircraft cabin. In addition, passengers in Economy Class may give up a suitcase weighing a maximum of 20 kg. Travelers who want to give up more than 30 kg, have to pay 9 euros per kilogram on scheduled flights and 7 euros per kilogram on charter flights. This fee is payable directly at the check-in counter.
