As one of the most important airlines in Indonesia, Lion Air is making a name for itself. Lion Air is a Jakarta-based airline whose hubs make up Jakarta airports and Sockarno-Hatta International Airport. The Indonesian budget airline PT Lion Mentari Airlines, called Lion Air for short, was founded in 1999 in Jakarta. From its hub in Jakarta, it has been transporting passengers to 126 Indonesian and International destinations. Carry On Baggage
Passengers are allowed to carry one hand luggage with a maximum weight of seven (7) kg, the dimensions of which do not exceed 23 cm x 34 cm x 48 cm, as hand baggage, in addition to a personal item (such as reading material, overcoat, handbag, pocket book, an umbrella, etc.).
You can carry mobile phones, CD players, PCs and medically advised equipment, including hearing aids.
Check In Baggage
The amount of free checked luggage allowance on all Lion Air flights depends on the weight and dimensions of baggage, along with the class of cabin.
On domestic flights, business class passengers can check-in baggage of up to 30 kg. Economy class travelers can check-in up to 15 kg of baggage.
On international flights, business class travelers can check-in up to 20 kg of baggage. On the other hand, economy class passengers can check-in up to 15 kg of baggage.
Infants without a seat are not entitled to checked baggage. However, infant food and a carrying basket are allowed on board, free of charge.
