Magna Science Adventure Centre

Magna Science Adventure Centre is an educational visitor attraction, appealing primarily to children. It is located in a disused steel mill in the Templeborough district of Rotherham, England. The site used to be home to the Steel, Peech and Tozer steel works. In 50 AD it was the site of the Templeborough Roman fort. The principal exhibits are divided into four pavilions: Earth, Air, Fire, and Water. There is also a large outdoor play area Sci-Tek and water play area called Aqua-Tek.

Netherthorpe Airfield

Netherthorpe Aerodrome is located 2 NM west by north of Worksop, Nottinghamshire, England. The aerodrome is in the Metropolitan Borough of Rotherham close to the village of Thorpe Salvin. Netherthorpe is operated by Sheffield Aero Club. It is part of a local landowner's estate. There are two flying organisations present, the Sheffield Aero Club and Phoenix Flying School. Sheffield Aero Club has three hangars, which house the operational aircraft types; being of metal construction training aircraft are parked outside. Aircraft maintenance is available from Dukeries Aviation Ltd, Phoenix Flying School's parent company, which operates from the single maintenance hangar. Netherthorpe Aerodrome has a CAA Ordinary Licence that allows flights for the public transport of passengers or for flying instruction as authorised by the licensee.

Rotherham Central railway station is in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, England. The station was originally named "Rotherham", becoming "Rotherham and Masborough" in January 1889 and finally "Rotherham Central" on 25 September 1950. Rotherham Central is the only railway station in Rotherham since the closure of Rotherham Masborough, in 1988. However, it has retained its "Central" suffix, like Lincoln Central railway station.
